Hong Kong. Resolved, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, that She will be graciously pleased to give directions that there be laid before this House, Copies of Governor Davis' Separate Despatch, dated the 20th day of August 1844, inclosing Mr. Montgomery Martin's observations on the Colony of Hong Kong; of Lord Stanley's Despatch, No. 66, of the 17th day of December 1844, to Governor Davis; and of Governor Davis' Despatch, No. 44, of the 25th day of April 1845, upon the same subject.
Ordered, That the said Address be presented to Her Majesty by such Members of this House as are of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.
